Ceviche De La Casa

Pastor Eggrolls

A Mexican favorite. Slow roasted pork shoulder marinated and braised in a guajillo citrus sauce. With Cheese. Garnished with pickled onions. Served with chipothe raspberry salsa.

Menudo

Traditional Mexican soup made with cows stomach and hominy in a red chili pepper base. Served with a side of onions, lime and oregano. Your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
